2. Prohibition of use for other purposes
The operator shall strictly manage the applicant's personal information, pay due attention to the applicant's privacy protection, and shall not use it for purposes other than those specified in the preceding paragraph.However, the applicant agrees that the operator will disclose the personal information to government agencies, etc. based on laws and ordinances (including the Yokohama City Citizens Cooperation Ordinance), and that the personal information will be disclosed to the city of Yokohama in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
