Raising children comes with a lot of anxiety and worries. For those who are raising children while working, there are only a few people close to them who they can talk to because they don't have much time. In response to this current situation, Picnic Room is developing a ``Pair Support'' business in which childcare support supporters are dispatched to companies and provide consultation within the workplace.
In the Pair Support Project, child-rearing support supporters dispatched to companies provide consultation on child-rearing in the same way as industrial physicians and industrial counselors. By providing employees with a more comfortable working environment, we will contribute to improving their quality of life, and at the same time, provide new opportunities for childcare support supporters outside of daycare centers.
The Pair Support project is currently at the stage of demonstration experiments. In this internship, in order to improve the services we provide,
①Research on services desired by students who will become parents in the future
② Conducting and analyzing a survey on childcare support for companies
③Suggestions for services that the participating students would like to have when raising children in the future
You will be working on three things. We are looking for people to join us in launching a new picnic room business.

The pair support business is being promoted by a new business development team based on company-led nursery schools. Currently, it is run by eight people, including outside experts. We believe that companies have an extremely important role in improving the child-rearing environment in Japan, and our mission is to support companies that are working to support child-rearing.
