Establishing a foundation for making optimal human resources proposals for customers' insufficient human resources

When a customer introduces a development project, we will do our best to find a person with matching skills as quickly as possible and make a proposal. We will strive to improve the working environment through regular meetings and interviews with human resources after they join the company. We strive every day to provide the best proposals that will satisfy our customers. During this internship, we will consider measures necessary to grow our SES business and hold events to build a strong sales base.

◆Consideration of measures to expand SES business
In considering measures, the project involves thinking about how to develop the left side of the diagram (customers with system development projects). Many companies in the SES business are expanding their business by focusing on finding companies that have system development projects.

◆Holding events to strengthen the sales base
In this project, we will strengthen our sales base by cultivating the right side of the diagram (for those who wish to introduce projects). We will mainly develop companies that procure human resources to propose to companies that are short of human resources. Many of the companies that procure human resources want to exchange information, and having many partner companies can increase your competitive advantage. To this end, by holding events that bring together human resources procurement companies, we aim to provide opportunities for high-quality information exchange and build close relationships.

With this idea in mind, we started a business in Yokohama and have been developing products and systems using AI and IoT. In recent years, the IT industry has faced a lack of resources to meet the rapid demand for human resources. We are also receiving more and more inquiries from our customers regarding the lack of human resources. In order to meet the needs of our customers, we have decided to expand our SES business (system engineering services business). We are looking for people who will work with us to expand the SES business, mainly in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, where we are based.
