Only 20% of Japanese citizens possess a passport, which leads to a lack of direct interaction with diverse cultures. Japan also ranks low in terms of willingness to work in a cross-cultural environment. To change this status quo, we offer training programs that enable individuals to appreciate different cultures and their values.

2 Creating a community of mutual support

Leaders working on diversity and inclusion around the world tend to become isolated and exhausted, and as a result, there is a risk that change will not progress.That's why we provide a community that connects and supports leaders working on D&I across corporate boundaries.
Diversity and leaders inclusion around the world often feel isolated and exhausted due to the lack of leadership support, making it difficult for them to bring about meaningful change. Therefore, we provide a supportive community that brings together these leaders across different organizations to help them advance their goals.
