The four of them had a free talk style discussion.
*Professor Yukimoto appeared as a surprise guest on the day.
The main theme of this event is "community marketing."
Community marketing is a marketing technique that creates a place (community) where customers and companies can interact with each other, increasing customer loyalty through such interactions, and helping to acquire new customers and develop products. In this session, Kojima spoke about the key points of community building and how to create a comfortable community, weaving in his own experiences. The speakers also exchanged opinions, sharing their mutual insights, such as "In this case..." and "I was thinking of it this way, but what do you think?", creating a lively and exciting discussion.
Although community building is more popular overseas, no other country designs spaces as well as Japan, and people overseas are amazed by this. By designing spaces well, the participating members are on the same page, there is a good sense of unity throughout the community, and above all, people are amazed that no one attacks others in the community. This is a story that is typical of Japanese people, who have a spirit of harmony.
During the Q&A session, an entrepreneur who was about to launch his service asked a question about the key points for building a community. Kojima answered by introducing examples he had mentioned in his presentation and by sharing examples of success he had actually done. The questioner also declared with confidence, "I'll do it the way I was taught!", so we're looking forward to seeing what happens next.
