e-spo GOMIis a new type of garbage pick-up activity that combines sports garbage pick-up, in which teams pick up garbage in a predetermined area within a time limit and compete for points based on the amount and type of garbage collected, and e-sports.
It was a great event that added a sense of game to picking up litter, which naturally increased walking distance and led to health promotion.
At this event, participants wore Medvigilance activity meters so that they could be more aware of their health.
When the number of steps was checked at the end of the event, everyone seemed to realize that they walked more than usual.We would like to use the data collected this time to discover behavioral changes that lead to health promotion.
Garbage picking is divided into the first half and the second half, with e-sports (Puyo Puyo) in between.In a battle with a total of XNUMX teams (XNUMX people per team), where you go around in the area will lead to victory or defeat.
Also, you can get items that will help you advance in the second half of the e-sports victory or defeat, so it was a heated battle.Many people were playing Puyo Puyo for the first time, but the easy-to-understand operation made it easy for everyone to get used to it, and both players and spectators had a great time.
