Idea generation is divided into four phases: "observation and information gathering", "understanding issues", "discovering problem-solving ideas", and "product/service design".

Is there a cost to participate in each workshop?
All workshop participation fees are free.If there are recommended books, please purchase them yourself.

We only accept applications from peatix.

Can I cancel?
Please cancel the ticket you registered with peatix.There is no need to contact us separately.

You must be 18 years of age or older.

Can I change participants?
It can be changed. Please complete the transfer procedure at Peatix, or declare it at the venue reception on the day.

How is applicant's personal information managed?
Information at the time of application and information such as questionnaires will be managed by Yokohama Future Organization, and will be used for surveys of project results, seminars and workshops to be held in the future in relation to this workshop (hereinafter collectively referred to as related events) ) will be provided to the operators of each workshop.Please be aware in advance.

We do not have a parking lot or bicycle parking lot.Please use public transportation when visiting.

Please bring your own writing utensils and notebooks.All other materials used in the workshop will be prepared by the secretariat.

For online workshops, please prepare a PC or tablet.For other workshops, please bring your own for recording purposes.

The venue is spacious enough to avoid crowding.In addition, the ventilation by the air conditioning equipment is also thorough.

Some venues have vending machines, but please prepare by yourself in advance during the basic period.

Please refrain from taking pictures inside the venue to protect portrait rights and privacy.Projected slides, imitation paper, etc. can be filmed with permission from the operator.

Who owns the copyright of the deliverables created in the workshop?
Participation in intellectual property rights (including rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) related to the work products (hereinafter referred to as deliverables) created by participants in this workshop The ownership interest of the person will be transferred to the operator of this workshop (hereinafter referred to as the operator).In addition, other co-owners will also agree to transfer their interests to the operator.

Can you give me a consultation on how to commercialize my idea?
After the workshop, we are planning to hold a commercialization consultation meeting after a short time.If it is held, we will inform you separately.

Login to Peatix

If you are already a Peatix member or have an account (Facebook, Twitter, Google), please log in.Non-Member, Account
If you do not have (Facebook, twitter, Google), please create a new Peatix account.The account creation screen will be displayed.
After entering the necessary information, click "New registration" to proceed.

STEP4
Get ticket

Enter the required number of tickets for the workshop you want to participate in and proceed with ticket acquisition.

STEP5
Workshop registration confirmation

After completing the application, the ticket information will be sent to the registered email address, so please be sure to check that there are no mistakes in the application content.
[Workshop held at the venue] On the day of the event, you will need a QR code printed on a smartphone screen or a printer.Please bring it with you to the venue.
[Online workshop] You will be guided to the online viewing page, so please log in to Peatix and enter the room.
