What is YOXO FESTIVAL?

The YOXO FESTIVAL is a festival with the theme of "Experience the Future in Yokohama," and is a platform for companies, startups, academia, and individuals to participate in the festival.
A diverse group of innovators and creators will come together to share cutting-edge technologies and ideas and solutions currently being tested.
This is a demo day hosted by the Yokohama Future Organization, where we will exhibit and present.
It is also a place where new innovations and business creation opportunities are born.
This time, a new area will be set up focusing on demonstration experiments, new technology exhibits, and startups.

Features of YOXO FESTIVAL

Experience the future in the city

Exhibitions, demonstration experiments, demonstrations, and workshops on the theme of the future will be held in commercial facilities, parks, and other places in the city.

About exhibitor recruitment

Would you like to exhibit ideas and technologies with the theme of "future"?We look forward to receiving many applications from both companies and individuals.

YOXO FESTIVAL 2026 will further evolve as an event that challenges startups and innovation creation in Yokohama.
We are currently planning to combine the "Startup Demo Day (tentative name)" on Friday, January 1th with the "YOXO FESTIVAL" from Saturday, January 30st to Sunday, February 1st, where member companies, startups, universities, and others of the Yokohama Future Organization will showcase new technologies and services.
The official name of the entire event will be announced at a later date.

About sponsorship recruitment

YOXO FESTIVAL is the largest event in Yokohama, where innovators and creators participate.Event management and exhibition are made possible by the support of many sponsors.We hope that by sponsoring this event, we will be able to support innovators and creators, and take advantage of the opportunity for exhibitors and visitors who are interested in unique gadgets, future technologies, and ideas to come together.

You can promote companies, innovators, creators, and children.

Flyers will be distributed to approximately 19 children, students, and faculty and staff at elementary and special needs schools in Yokohama City. A wide range of visitors are expected on the day of the event, from children to workers.

It is possible to form networks with various companies.

Member of the Yokohama Future Organization(169 organizations) and various innovator communities. You can match up with exhibitors and members of the Yokohama Future Organization and network with them.

You can market to visitors

We can conduct various surveys and questionnaires on visitors (last time, total attendance was approximately 72,000). Sales promotion and sales, such as sampling, are also possible.

Past events

YOXO FESTIVAL inherits the DNA of the Yokohama Gadget Festival [※] and was started in 2022 by the Yokohama Future Organization and the Yokohama City Economic Bureau.
This is an urban festival centered on innovation. It will be held for the third time in 2026.

[※] Yokohama Gadget Festival: A festival started by volunteer engineers around Yokohama, where handmade gadgets and newly developed products are on display.
This is an experiential exchange event where you can see, touch, and talk to the developers. It is co-hosted by companies in the Minato Mirai area and the Yokohama City Economic Bureau.
It was held from 2015 to 2019.
